MEASUREMENTS ARE LISTED IN THE 2nd PHOTO. this came from a suit shop it is not cheap Halloween material. This was worn ONCE on Halloween. Includes Wig (it's a woman's Wig with bangs cut short) HAT & CANE INCLUDED IN PRICE. I am a 5'4 woman who typically wears a SMALL. This was loose fitting on me. The pants can be adjusted for Size as well. Please read measurements. The pants were hemmed so there is extra fabric tucked inside that (seemingly) can be cut to extend a little longer. One pocket has a hole (on the inside) it came like this - not noticeable unless (of course) you try to put something in the pocket. other pocket is functional with no hole.
