Is this waterproof or water resistant?

@brewster04 according to LL bean it is waterproof. this coat is new never worn. wrinkled a bit from being in the carry bag.

@rhohlt hi sorry for the delay. it is 22 inches from armpit to armpit. I believe that translates to a mens L 42-44
