This dress is stunning. soft cotton/silk combo. lined with pockets. A line. lace overlay in light pink and yellow, gorgeous full skirt in navy, pink and yellow. I've never worn this dress. Waist about 26, bust 33 length waist to hem 32. There is some minor interior staining, hard to photograph, and definitely not visible on outside. I got this at a sample sale in London.
