Liz Palacios Swarovski CrystaL Enameled Flower Pin

This beautiful flower brooch was designed by Liz Palacios of San Francisco, California. Large flower made up of five enameled petals and five textured gold-toned petals. A large aqua prong-set crystal rests in the center framed by tiny diamond-like crystals. It was born in the USA and has been worn less than five times, it has been resting for years in my jewelry box. Please note, two petals have slight imperfections (photo 3) that were there when I purchased. Designer signature on the back.
