Liz & Me 3/4 Sleeve Shirt/Jacket

This beautiful Liz & Me can be a shirt or a jacket. It is a gorgeous teal/blue with embroidered flowers. 100% cotton and machine washable! Pit to pit is about 27" and from shoulder to hem is 29". There is no stretch to the fabric. This would be super cute with capris and a tank!
