I have two of these: 6 and 10. This size 10 is like NEW, BUT no tags. Pretty floral dress with cute cut outs at neckline. Princess seaming on bodice. Cap sleeves. Sheath shape. Seam under chest. Back zip, fully lined. Size 10 measures 38 at chest, 34 under chest, 42 at hips, 42 at bottom hem. 37.5 long from shoulder to hem. Beautiful.
