Liz Claiborne navy heels

Great condition, only worn twice. Shoe is still really stiff from hardly being worn. Size 8.5 M, color is Navy. Has about a 2" heel These are described as a fabric pump with stretch grossgrain. (Style is called "Stephanie") Has a few scuffs as shown in pictures.
