Pleat in back From middle of back, sleeves measure 31.5" From shoulder to end of sleeve: 23" 19.5" long from neck to bottom. 20" pit to pit 40" across waist This is a square cut blouse. No tapper There is a small area where the bottom seam is apart, but doesn't affect the blouse. Just found in checking it. Hand wash or Dry Clean
