@melina_wong Hello, This dress is an empire style, fitted bodice ends just below the bust and drapes out from there and not at natural waistline.
That being said, the measurement across the bust line is approximately 17.5” and 17” under the bust. The bust is structured like a bra with additional material for cup area. I don’t know how to measure the cup size but my C’s fit nicely! 😂 Hope this helps!
