Liz Claiborne- NWT- Burgundy Full Length Dress. Size 14P

New with Tags- Liz Claiborne full length dress with velvet accent around shoulders/arms. Burgundy. Great for holiday parties, formals, etc. This is new with tags, but there is a little unraveling of the seam in the front slit but could be easily fixed or even worn as is.(see pic). Measurements: Bust 38”, Waist 34”
