Excellent preowned condition with a wide waistband which stretches from 18” across to approximately 19” comfortably. Material is 98% cotton/2% spandex. There are two small pockets below the waist band. The hem is wide and reinforced as are the seams on the backside which helps prevent pulling. Very well made! My home is all natural/organic, smoke free and pet free although I dearly LOVE animals. ☺️
