Liz Claiborne Jacket

Liz Claiborne Jacket, used and worn more than a handful of times. Item has lil wear and tear. Buttons work good, zippers work good. Item has a total of 2 pockets. Item kind of reminds me of a women’s Sherlock Holmes Jacket, just above the waist. There are two small marks on the sleeve- as seen in photos, I believe the marks may be removable. Bust laying flat is 19 inches! Shoulder to sleeve is 23 inches!
