Length is 18.8" and waist is 16" flat, hips about 20" flat. Darts at waist.
Zipper at waist in back - no elastic at waist. The skirt has an overall muted, soft, vintage look to it by design. But no specific areas of fading. I really wish it fit me- it's really cute!
