Liz Claiborne Flex Hana Open Toe Heels. Fabric upper. Gold o-ring on strap over toes. These have a 2.5” heel. Honestly, I don’t know what’s going on at the soles of shoes. I purchased these from someone and can’t remember the reason for the bottoms being that way. They fit fine and are very comfortable.
