Liz Baker Vintage Short Sleeve Blouse. A gift I received in the 1980's but never wore it. Fabric feels soft and has some weight so it should fall softly on the body. It has the 80's shoulder pads but they can be permanently removed carefully with scissors. Excellent condition.
