Liverpool Jeans Company stretch pencil skirt is 22” length and has seams along the front. Kick pleat in the back. Waist is 15” when unstretched. The color is a burgundy/wine called petite Syrah on the label. The fabric is a rayon/nylon/spandex that is medium weight. Label indicates machine washable. Like new condition.
