This dress is totally brand new. Never worn, just tried on. It didn't fit right and I couldn't return it because I got lipstick on it that one time I tried it on! The stain is on the bodice inside, not visible at all from the outside.

coriper @deborahvflynn 14 inches across the bottom of the waist, where the skirt meets the bodice. 16 across the bust. armpit to waist 8 inches on each side. keep in the mind, the back is adjustable from the stays, so I would say this dress will fit sizes 6-10. maybe even 12.
