Little polka dot dress

Lovely little mock-wrap dress with elbow-length sleeves and a side-tie. Soft polyester-spandex blend that stretches, so should fit a small-to medium (but still a bit snug for my chest). It’s just about knee length on me (I’m 5’6”). No stains, rips, or snags.
