Little mistress color block dress

Very figure flattering dress with some stretch. Gorgeous floral design on front. Has belt loops but lost the belt. Made with 95% polyester and 5% elastane. Like new. Only worn once to a wedding. Pit-pit: 17” Waist: 15” Shoulder-hem: 37.5”
