Little girls cold shoulder unicorn shirt

This shirt is so cute my granddaughter could hardly let it go (even though it’s probably 2 sizes too small). It’s been well loved but still in good shape. The size is written in silver and pretty worn (see photo). The combination of the two makes the size hard to make out. I’m thinking it’s a 4t, but not sure. I added some photos with measurements for sizing.
