Little girls Asics tennis shoes

Little girls ASICS I brought them from the goodwill to do the Maryland State Police Polar Bear Plunge but ended up using another pair of shoes so these never touch the bay water. They are stains on the front or the left shoe ( see picture) and on the laces of the left shoe. Comes from a pet friendly home.
