Little black dress with fun fringe bottom

I purchased this dress at a boutique and do not know the brand, as I had cut out the tags, as you can see the area where the tag is cut (3rd &4th photos). The dress has a beautiful fit and is very figure-flattering. The hemline is quite short, then the fringe adds some subtle length, so it does not feel so short. I am 5' 2" and small-busted. This would not fit a larger bust. Material has no stretch to it. Super cute and fun. Wears well with high heels or booties. Fits close to a size 5/6.
