Little black dress for a night out on the water

Little black dress with a black and white scarf material to tie up the back and on the side to use as a belt-like accessory. Dress has cups that are slightly padded and Fred is made of polyester, rayon and spandex. Size 4 - NO tags, but this has never been worn.
