Fun & flirty little black cocktail dress from maxandcleo has sheer panels at the neck & backline. The back is a plunge V that still covers a back bra strap. The body is ruffled with sheer material alternating with sheer glittery material. It’s knee length & so much prettier in person. Wore it for one Christmas party years ago.
