Black blouse, off the shoulder with tiered ruffles. The sleeves are sheer as show in the image and the neckline is elastic. In excellent condition. Worn once. The blouse says XXS but the elastic is stretchy so size XS/S would also fit this I think. The elastic that holds up the top is 11.5" across one side but is really stretchy, Bust is ~12" across but it's a flowly top so it's forgiving. Length is 18"
