Little Me Baby Girl's Sateen Formal Dress and matching bloomers

Little Me Formal Dress and Bloomers set White sateen dress with keyhole button back and blue sateen ribbon that is permanently tied in front. Has blue flowers with green leaves throughout and attached tulle underskirt. Matching sateen bloomers included. Good, used condition. Fabric is shiny and smooth. Small stain on back of dress (circled in picture). Have not tried to remove. Ribbon has fraying near the ends but I think this could be cut off and melted or coated with clear nail polish.
