Incredibly well-made vintage dress. This was not a costume piece. The layers of detailing are amazing. Double row lace on collar. Gathered balloon sleeves of contrasting fabric. Bustle in back with double ruffle hem on front. Side zip. Very tailored. Sweet red rose print. Full skirt with lots of volume. The amount of fabric makes it a hefty dress. There is some discoloration on bottom, see photos. No tips or tears. Tiny pin hole on one sleeve, see photo. 25 in at narrowest hips.
