Little Girl's Kitty Cat Dress with Matching Belt

Reposhing this item I purchased from @liligolightly. Loved it, but my daughter has grown way too fast. The belt does show signs of wear, and fray. The dress itself has a vintage style and feel. Loving the cats and mod print too. Colors are off-white, black, and orange. In excellent used condition for age. Tulle underneath adds fullness to skirt.
