Little Black Top Trimmed with Tuxedo Ruffles

Adorable little black v-neck top with Tuxedo Ruffles down the front and on the sleeves. A favorite of mine, goes with a lot, can be dressy or casual. In great shape and condition. Measurements are: Length is 22.5", Bust width is 20", Sleeve Length is 23", waist width is 18.5" and waist width at the bottom is 20".
