Lisner vintage brooch with dusty blue and amber topaz color faceted rhinestone heart. Stones are prong set and all are in place. The sparkle on these stones is absolutely phenomenal. It is very hard to read and not a very clear mark, but it is signed Lisner. Gold tone setting. Clasp works fine. Stunning piece. Pre-owned in excellent like new condition.
