Bought this dress new and never worn to outside. Beautiful white lace dress. Measurement lay flat: from under armpit to armpit is 15" waist from side to side is 17", it has strings behind in waist area for waist adjustment. above knee I have a lot a lot of size XS and XXS brand name clothes that I sell on eBay.
