Purchased in London and never worn the brand is Lipsey. This is an adorable soft pink halter dress overlay lace with solid pink slip under. There are cut outs down the front and along the sides ever so slightly really sexy but very tasteful. Hemline is a slight high low higher being in the front. Zip back.
