Lipper & Mann Creations 5" diameter saucer 62/17R floral Japan porcelain vintage

Lipper & Mann Creations Japan handpainted roses on porcelain 5" saucer for jam type jar. Round in shape with optical appearance of fluting due to gold paint in spots on edge. Beautiful on a table or dresser. Vintage in very good condition. Has a portion of water ring seen in pic and a small bubble, which likely occurred during manufacture.
