Day of the dead costume dress by Lip Service. size small, is stretchy and could fit up to a Juniors large. straps adjust. has black tulle underneath the skirt part that's attached. zipper in back and there's two runs in the material but does not affect the wear of the item and no one notices while wearing since it's in the back. no other flaws and smoke free and clean.
