Lip Service Y2K Velvet Lace Up Bellbottoms - Black

Lip Service pants! Under the Blacklist branding from the Y2K era. Awesome crushed velvet pants with a high waisted fit and a lace up waist. The velvet has a faint vertical striped design. Somewhere between flared and bootcut bottoms. Elastic waist for the perfect fit--waist measures 14.5" but easily stretches to 18". The fabric is not very thick. When I hold it up to white light, it appears see-through, but I never had any issue with my underwear or skin or anything showing through. Just wanted to be clear about the way the material is! The ribbon in the laceup is a bit wrinkly, and there is some seam stretch at the inner thighs. Minor flaws, overall great condition! Size L and stretchy. Please let me know if you have any questions!🥰
