tatertots135 @lizab Ok, so they are definitely not an “oversized” fit. The waist is 13” approximately. It is elastic but it’s a solid fit. So the waist will stretch if need be! Basically, if you wear a small they will fit and they are super silky/smooth 😎 hope that helps!
