Linen skirt with side tie

Beautiful, quality, lined linen skirt with tie from Talbots, size 10. Bought on sale for $74, never been worn. I bought this skirt because I loved that it was casual and bo-ho, but also lined and professional looking for work. This can be dressed up for work or dressed down for summer concerts. It’s 3/4 length with side slits. I never wore it because I have hips, and I just can’t wear a pencil skirt, however bad I want to. This is great for someone with slimmer hips.
