Linen dress vintage

Vintage linen or linen blend dress. Fabric tag is too faded to read. Column shape with side tabs that can button on multiple buttons. 41"-42" long from top, 16" pit to pit, Waist area (where tabs are) is 17". No stretch. Size medium seems correct to me but my bust is large and without any stretch, it just doesn't work for me. bin a
