Just above the skirt gathers is a 2.5 inch ribbed satin ribbon (reinforced edges for no fraying) and has a gorgeous ivory embroidered lace overlay. Just gorgeous!! The waist detail wraps around the entire waistline. Upper dress is lined and the skirt has a built in slip attached to the upper lining. Liner is poly cotton blend.
