Relaxed fit with an easy to wear adjustable drawstring waist. Measures 23" flat across the waist (not gathered) 25" flat across the hips, 12.5" rise and 29" inseam. The leg opening measures 11" flat across. Size 14 Pre-owned, excellent condition.
