Limited polka dot sleeveless dress size small

Sleeveless polka dot dress from The Limited. It's size small but runs a little bigger. The waist has elastic and stretches to about 16 inches wide. The color is blue / gray, the last picture best represents the color. I'm 5'4" and it hit me at the knees.
