Laces Out football design by Wax Off custom collectibles along with Nerd Block has a item number 2198 list on the back of the package. made in Los Angeles California. pin has two backings, caution choking hazard. The package was never opened, however one of the corners of the sticky sealing strip lifted up slightly during storage and has a little smudged up area on the sticky part as shown with the pen.
