Limited Ed Fine Ivory China by World Wide OLD RED NOSE Collector's Plate 1of500

For your consideration is this awesome collector's plate produced by World Wide most likely during the 1990s. The front of the plate has an image of an old World War II fighter plane flying through the clouds with an inscription on the bottom that reads "Old Red Nose / 22 September 1957". The back reads "OLD RED NOSE / N10601 / FIRST AIRCRAFT PURCHASED / BY THE CAF ON SEPT. 22, 1957 / FOR $2500.00. / 1 OF 500 / Fine Ivory China by World Wide (in a circle). Apparently, this plate is to commemorate the purchase of this plane by the Confederate Air Force now know as the Commemorative Air Force. I'm uncertain if "1 of 500" is the amount of planes purchased or number of these plates made. There are no comps online for this, so I'm assuming there were not that many produced. The plate is in excellent condition and measures 8.5 inches in diameter. The transfer on the front is crisp and clean as is the gold rim.
