Size M - I am a 4/6 but have large hips/bottom and it’s a tight squeeze for me. Top fits perfect with the right amount of extra room and I am 34c. I am 5’1 and it goes just below my knee. Purchased from sample sale but the jacket is AMAZING and is totally impenetrable. It’s very heavy and super warm. One of the straps to hang the jacket shoulder broke off but can be sewn back on easily.
