Lime green/black dress

Very bright and fun summer/spring dress. The detail up top is very cute. It is padded so you can wear with or without a bra. It's very giving. So it feels loose but looks great on. Has hidden pockets in the pleats. Ties and zips in the back. Can be dressed up or down. Says size 7 but fits like a small/med
