This dress is by Lily Rose. It is a woman’s size medium. Lily Rose black dress liner with multicolored flower print. Rounded neckline with shoulder cut out detail. Flutter sleeve can be worn on or off the shoulder. Full black lining. Polyester/spandex/elastane blend. This has never been worn, it’s brand new with no tags. It is in absolute brand new condition, no flaws at all! It’s a beautiful short dress. The back of the dress has a cutout like the front, but the back buttons around the wearers neck. Great find! Just like buying it brand new from the store. Beautiful!
