Lily Pulizer sleeveless lace dress w/ruffle bottom

Dress is a beautiful blue with eyelet lace with ruffle hem. It's only been dry cleaned but the tag says you can also machine wash cold and line dry. See the underarm area on pic 5 & 6. It's not noticable when wearing (see pic 3) it looks like part of the pattern.
