Length- from the shoulder to the bottom it’s about 31 inches
Width- the waist hem is about 13 inches (not stretchy)
Bust- the chest over the bust area is about 14 inches across
And the widest part of the skirt is about 17 inches across.

@cacj56 hi! No damage. The zipper works well and I don’t see any rips or tears in the embroidery. There is. Tiny tiny but of lighter navy spot in the fabric on the front but it’s not noticeable. Just added a picture so you can see! Overall it’s in great shape!
