dressafficiondo Hi @trishcook !! I got some info from the lily website on this piece: Floor length pull-on strapless dress, with a smocked bodice and empire waist. 52" from top center to front hem. Dry clean. Silk Habotai Dip Dye. Strapless, so you would measure from where you want the top of your dress to be on your chest area. I hope this helps!! Thank you for checking out my closet 😊❤️😘!!!!
