dream4joy @akcoleman70 I think it may be more like drops of bleach touched the fabric & it cannot be removed. If you zoom in on the left image in the 1st 2 pics, you can see just how it looks overall. So wish it could be removed. It is such a cute & lightweight summer dress or cover-up but priced low due to the spots.
